Thanks! Now it's working. It needed to focus on something far away to switch from the standard 1x to the 3x camera not only taping 3x and wait with camera pointing at the table very close. When aiming it at a distant object it jumped to camera 3x even if the UI said 3x from start. "Problem"...

I do as I want to shoot video and save for the future. Kids growing up etc.... 10years ago videos were encoded in 240p. Back then we all thought it was the best. Today we laugh at anything under 1080p.... in 5years full HD will be Scheiße. Evolution

Any luck in shooting 4K video? I know some china phones such as LeTV S1 can do 4K video with the Google camera app. Any tweak like that tried on the mate 8? :D

My Smartwatch 3 stopped reciving weather updates. Factory reset did not cure it. It reads the weather once then shows the same for days. Tried diffrent watchfaces all the same error. Any hints what might be wrong? Thanks!

Same here, can not totally mute SMS with BT/headphones connected.

In theory it should work, but when installing apps magic happens and various wakelocks appears. Mate 7 have clever hardware and software which outperforms all other phones I have tried. (Not yet the too expensive Note 4) :good:

Never seen anything like this! I've been through allot of big devices since the first Note and I never felt comfortable not charging over night. Now it's not a problem and I just did 4 days. I'm not a super heavy user, but the comparsion still adds up as I never were a heavy user on my old...

Feedback from a noob ;) I had drain problems with the later Roms too. reverted to 12/31 and it works perfect. :good: problems with caller bugging and the known 5G trouble, else good :good::good:
