I had the same issue earlier this morning but it seems to be resolved. I can access everything again.

Installed flawlessly and it definitely has made opening apps much faster but I do have a question. This is supposed to limit the amount of launcher redraws but I've noticed a lot more than I had before. What could I be doing wrong?
