I have sm-t900 with build t900xxuani1 latest 4.4.2 build, and the cf autoroot worked fine for me. All went smoothly, rebooted, updated SuperSU, and verified root with Titanium, etc. I have not flashed twrp, however.

Stuart, I would not doubt it. I got tons of pop up windows and a virus on my PC from that Sammobile site! They even took the liberty of installing software that overrode my browser. Ugh. Sammobile links really should be deleted form XDA. Just sayin'...

From Titanium Backup, go to Backup/Restore, then scroll down to SDM 1.0. Tap on it and select Freeze (make sure you do Backup first). Easy peasy! ---------- Post added at 11:56 AM ---------- Previous post was at 11:53 AM ---------- :good: Works for me! :)

I am sticking w/ rooted stock too... at least until a new Towelroot comes out. I am really getting fed up w/ the OTA notifications, so I just went into Titanium and froze SDM1.apk.... voila! no more nagging!!! :D

I installed this twice, and it would not get past the boot screen. After the red M screen it would just go black and sit there forever. I tried wiping everything and did factory reset, then installed again -- twice. No go. Well, turns out the checksum was bad (doh, should've checked that first...

Yes, exactly what I did. Did not work on Razr Maxx.

Not working on my rooted Razr XT912 (ICS 4.0.4) either. :mad: Tried version 1.2 three times... no go. Still says Verizon Wireless.

Just installed on my new Droid Razr Maxx (912, w/ OTA ICS 4.0.4, rooted). Install was so easy and worked great! Making a backup right now, and that's going smoothly too! Yep, works perfectly! Thanks so much for this!!! :good:

Reset hole completed in less than 1/2 hr. Problem solved!!! :) Just some additional info that might help anyone else planning to do the reset hole: I found that using a piece of wax paper was perfect for marking the screw holes and reset hole (using a sharpie). Then, laying the wax paper...
