yeah , make sure the version is 14.3.1.0(but how about the minor version number behind "user_"), and retry with english keydord and language but still the same problem with sdcardsd posted.Is it related to the operating system, my PC run in 64bit win7. thanks!!- hintell

maybe u should wait 5 seconds or more after start the camerfa, the phone has a response delay.- hintell
