I just got my mi 9t, is this rom still working properly?

I rerooted my phone back and everything started working. Then I restarted the phone and it stopped again. IDK what to do, it's unusable.

Hello, i was thinking about getting a new Phone (atm Pixel1 XL) and because i liked stockandroid so much i wanted to get it again. And before i decide between the upcomming Pixel 4 and the P30 Pro i wanted to ask if it's possible to make the P30 Pro feel/look like stock android?
