Same issue here. It drove me crazy at first but I've developed a good habit of only unplugging/plugging in the headphones while the screen is on. Now I can cope :p

I'm having trouble with it crashing on the VM HTC EVO V 4G as well. The game's 3D also doesn't work with the 3D screen.. it just splits the images onto the left and right sides of the screen.. but I can turn 3D off, it's not a big deal.

I would like to see the EVO V 4G get its own section as well. It's just a footnote in the EVO 3D forum right now and I'm having to do a lot of sifting to find stuff relevant to my device.

Has anybody had trouble getting the PS3 controller's right analog stick to work with ICS? I can't get it to register in any games, or map any inputs to it. Can't tell if mine is broken or if its the tablet, as I don't have a PS3 around to test the controller on.

For the record, I bought a cheap USB adapter instead of the Sony cable. It never worked with Honeycomb, but now every PnP device I've tried works fine with ICS.

I don't know why I didn't try this before, but today I plugged my PS3 USB Fight Stick into a USB/USBmini adapter and it works with the tablet. Loaded up my Tiger Arcade app and I can play Street Fighter 3 and Marvel VS Capcom on it :D Thought I'd share
