Yes I have the same problem since I updated my Galaxy Note 3 last week. Old ROM (showing text messages) : N9005XXEFNB3 New ROM (not showing text messages) : N9005DXUENE4 Emails and missed calls (and any other notifications) are displayed by DynamicNotifications. But SMS are not displayed...
