It appears to be the STOCK bell 2.3.6 ROM. Is this the tweaked ROM that Pinguy1982 is working on or a link to the non-modified bell 45.21.78? After starting the download, the file in the torrent is vanilla_stock_blur+webtop.zip. I will seed.
