In my pc, the MTK_EBR.exe doesn't run. could you think of any reason? do i need to plug in the tablet to make it run? my understanding was you can't plug in the tablet until you are ready with the new sizes to change partitions. if any links to download MTK_EBR and flash tools.. even the drivers...

Bellcanada simcard doesn't work on it. bell's network is HSPA (or UMTS) and 850 MHz and 1900 MHz . but it doesn't work. at the same time chatr wireless(Roger's sister company) simcard works. i don;t have mobile data connection on it, so can't check about mobile data, but calling works...
