Perseus71, please note that the OP says "Note: your phone must be running at least Jelly Bean 4.1.1 (if 4.1.1 does not work, try 4.1.0) otherwise some of the menu choices are not present". It doesn't say: "must be running 4.1.1". The person could be on 4.1.2... In fact I'm with Telus (Canada)...
