Well, it had TWRP. I installed TWRP with the intention of flashing a new ROM to it because it was soft-bricked and stuck on the VZW flash screen. When I rebooted it didn't respond. The only response I have now is the Recovery boot mode with the OF1 unbrick.img and it won't go into download mode...

Bootloader is unlocked and it was rooted, obviously not now but I had no issue running TWRP before.
