I am in the same shoes, I call B&N, they told me that they can't do anything about it unless the previous owner give them a call to unregistered it. However, in my case, lol, I did the hard reset. and did not have it rooted. Gosh, Help? or suggestions? anything? Thanks, and btw, I am a brand new...
