1. make sure you have clockwork recovery 2. nandroid backup/titanium backup and others for messaging or contacts 3. wipe everything 4. install the rom 5. good luck!

Can't flash it via clockwork recovery, it says something about edify scripting.

Just flashed the new kernel, and it seems to be booting a lot faster (maybe it's just me), setcpu now shows max cpu freq of 806 mhz(~790 mhz before). I would give anything if the wifi reboot issue would be fixed. Anyway great job ogo! Your ROM is the best! ---------- Post added at 09:24 AM...

First, you get the script from here. Backup all your sd card to your computer and after that, follow these instructions for installing the script. Finally you can install the a2sd gui app from here. Good luck!

Took me some time, but i did the same thing!:) Thanks for the reply anyway. The problem with the cache was that it was full with yahoo,facebook and google sync. Clearing cache from recovery and reboot + moving cache to sd cleared everything.
