    I had the same problem. Reflash CF auro root to fix your phone. I never got TWRP to work.

    Has anyone tried this and confirmed working on OI1? No problems or adverse effects? ----- UPDATE: I tried this and it worked with no identifiable problems. Also I uninstalled SecurityLogAgent to prevent annoying warnings.

    Follow directions exactly. I just wanted to add that the OP's flashing instructions are VERY important. Although they might seem unneeded (i.e. boot into download mode from a power off state) this proved critically important for me to get the flash to stick. I did a "hot reboot" 2-3 times...
