i had the exact same problem orangemonster. just outta nowhere it started it. i tried a few things, resetting app permissions, wiping data/cache, nothing worked. so i just factory reset and reflashed ecliptic rom. its working like normal now. sorry i dont have a better solution for it, came here...

Hey man, the reason my phone said "print" was because best buy sold me their demo phone by accident. The only way I got it fixed was getting a new one, that of course, wasn't a demo phone.

Hey guys thanks for the response. I did end up flashing thru fastboot usb. I forgot to add the .img file to the android folder I created for the htcdev unlock. But ya it doesn't seem to be hurting anything. I'll just cross my fingers if I need to unroot for some reason, tampered, will disappear...
