check if bootloader is locked, if so, then unlock it and try to flash again :)

where I can download the rom for acer liquid z220 rev04, I tried to flash the rom of rev01 and rev02 that I found in a blog that I found in google, it flashed successfully but when boot the device restarts or crash, any help is appreciated.
