ART enabled? I did a clean flash and 03/31 looked OK. But when I enabled ART I got stops on everything on next boot. Also found 03/31 rather unresponsive and sluggish. Or is it me who have gotten used to an ART accelerated phone :p ? I'm back on 03/27, with ART.
