1. it depends on your country mobile regulator, as far i know in europe is legal to root your phone and does not void warranty 2. before you apply ota, uninstall xposed and unroot your devices 3. more like root the phone. follow this guide, ask on the thread if you not sure...

from my experience, yes you can. as long you enable all system app(and have all system apps) to avoid any issues. make sure you uninstall BusyBox first.
