I think the screen difference in ZL&Z3c's will be very obvious because I have used SP(4.6" 720p with 319ppi) and ZL(5"1080p with 441ppi) The difference is very clear if you are used to the high resolution BUT according to the hardware status & software update you should choise Z3c but ZL S801...
