In a very luck! Thank you so much, AnotherFreakinNoob! I flashed pit file and TWRP Recovery via Odin and can load device in Recovery mode like in better days! )) But I downloaded stock firmware, it will be on the safe side. Thank you guys for your support again! Regards, Max- Izotopow

Yep, device is oldish, but it's in perfect condition. As a second phone for practice this is it! It had CM12 from i777 and I'd like to update to LineageOS 14 but something went wrong ) I hoped i777 stock firmware(e.g. I777UCKH7) will help to reanimate the phone but bootloader doesn't compatible...- Izotopow
