So I ended up finding just the most random fix. While I was waiting for VRALJB to download, I was playing with my phone, and I decided to boot into (stock) recovery. Well, when it came up, it said that it couldn't mount /data. So I thought, hey, why not try a data & cache wipe, which I did...

I used ODIN to put VRAM3C on (along with the pit file) and I got a bootloop. I guess I'll give VRALJB a try after it downloads. Any other suggestions would be great.

When I got mine at the beginning of the year, it tried to pull the update nonsense, so I pulled the battery. When I turned it back on, it told me I had an update and asked when I would like to download it, so I put it on the max (something like in 7 days). Not sure that this is how it will go...

Is it correct that the OTA update won't happen if you are on a custom or have an unlocked bootloader?

I was finally going to activate mine tomorrow after a (busy) week of sitting on it. Is there any way to do this without accepting the update so I can still unlock?

If you have the trackball wake option on then you can wake it during a call with the trackball. Also, I don't believe Bluetooth works yet.
