Do I need full wipe and boot.img if I am coming from V1?

I have done that, now when I try to install them it says they are incompatible updates, thanks for the help by the way.

I can't update the youtube and gmail apps, it says the package file was not signed correctly uninstall the previous copy of the app and try again. I don't have an option to uninstall these apps, can anyone help?
