Solved notifications for all apps were off

Guys, need your help, I installed nova launcher and noticed that my note 8 doesn't give me any notification sound when text messages are received, whatsup, email. Any help?

I managed to get it into download mode, flash new stock firmware ( uk and open europe ) then hard reset but it is still rebooting.

hi guys , my brother was updating to marshmallow and in the middle of the process he removed the battery and phone is in continous loop, I tried flashing uk firmware (New KDZ Method for LG G4 with MM) but phone is still rebooting any help?
