Try to download 10c or 10e version. Flash it with lgup 1.11 in refurbish mode then on error flash 20p with uppercut. Which region is your phone?

It is for H850 eu model. Read for differences between models. If there is no difference, flashing will work. I dont know specs for Canadian model sorry

U dont need supersu app. Its same thing as kinguser. U get su access anyway. U can delete app which is with chinese name or keep it. This app manages autostart installed apps and running processes. Or u can use any other app 4 that. As 4 antivirus is false positive. Mcafee has reportet it once...
