I have tried TWRP Manager app from PlayStore, but stucked at 100%..is the phone need to be unlocked bootloader?

How could i remove it btw?? and how is the CORRECT method to install TWRP recovery? :( tried many other methods but FAILED..:crying: (XZ stock 5.0.2, rooted with kingroot, Locked bootloader)

i'm not sure about that, after the installation, it reboot and after the ''Sony'' my phone now still dark screen with LED white light, any comment? i able to hard reset it to get back to my Sony Home p/s:installed on my XZ 5.0.2 with [APP/RECOVERY] TWRP 2.4.3.0 for lockled bootloaders installer
