A lot of HTC's built-in apps use their own proprietary libraries that are bundled in with Sense. Porting all of those over would be a tremendous undertaking for one app, unfortunately. Essentially until someone with too much time on their hands makes a Sense ROM for the Note 3, you're out of luck.
