Honestly I did too, 2 nights ago. Ended up almost bricking my phone, constant bootloader screen. Lost TWRP backups & all. Plugged my turbo into the computer, did adb fastboot install TWRP.img thing, then drug copies of your 12/11 build & 12/11 Gapps to my phone & flashed. You have no idea...

Thanks for your quick reply Nitefire77! Already used my 8 thanks for the day, once again, go easy... I'm a noobian...Lol. So my assumption is that I have to make a choice here, either side load Verizon's OTA via TWRP, and go back to MM for official firmware... or stick with you guys on Nougat...
