I feel no great need to switch. My phone works great. Sure the other things sound good, but mine works exactly the way I want it to. Then again, every phone I have had I have had for longer than the average phone user because I do not like switching them. :P

Yeah, the HTC is fine on mine, but the red camera eye fell off. Really annoying when I remove the case, which thankfully I do not have to do too often.

Actually almost every case I have seen has a hole for this. I didn't even realize it existed until a couple of months ago, but even the cheap case I had for about 2 weeks had a hole for it.

The unrooted fix is to uninstall applications and clear some caches. Thats about it AFAIK other than wiping everything or rooting.

I saw a case or two in some other forums where the Dinc screen was dying. In particular they had issues with the top half of their screen and precision. If you are running CM7.1, you can take a look at Dev Tools > Pointer Location. It won't help, but it could possibly give you a better idea of...

I am having that same problem with my phone.

I do not use an AV on my phone. I generally practice safe computing habits the best I can. Read review, look at what permissions apps use, etc. I have tested prey in the past though. It looks nice, but I never did end up reinstalling it after I flashed my last ROM.
