    I know there are tons of solutions but when i went through this process it kept failing and i was given extra steps, so i just wanted to post them for anyone else that might have issues. First i told them i wanted to have my voice, data and sms services reset and she did that, but it still did...

    set up a cpu speed profile that turns your clock speed down really low when your screen is off, and set it to scale on demand while you are using it. that should help a bit
