This has been my longest between charges and I can say best life of any phone to date. Even tops the iPhone 6s plus. I have all background sync off and also report diagnostics off.

2 days after the update and battery seems to be doing better at least with android system and Android os drain

After the latest update I've noticed android system and Android os are using a little less battery. But as of this screen shot I just took 5 min ago, almost 22 hours total time and almost 7 hours SOT

I've had this on my phone for a few days and overall it looks crystal clear and it's smooth but the downside is I've already gotten micro scratches on it just from wiping the screen. Even with that I prefer this over wet install so far but I believe spigen could have done better with the scratch...

Where do I find the routines settings? Edit: I found it
