Post Wiped cache, dalvik, data, and system - still can access recovery. What should I do?

Problem solved: User error. I have 2 firetvs. one firetv1, and another firetv2. I mistakenly was trying to install the sloane rom on firetv1. I'm a moron - sorry guys!

Thread Wiped cache, dalvik, data, and system - still can access recovery. What should I do?

I got myself into a pickle, and I'm not sure how to get out of it guys. Any advice, would be greatly appreciated! My firetv2 was rooted with twrp 3.0.0-7 recovery on it. Recently, it started constantly restarting to the recovery screen (I now realize this was likely due to the box downloading...

Post FireTV 2 (sloane) Prerooted Stock Images [5.2.7.6_r1]

Hmm. I wiped cache, dalvik, and data, before installing the rom. It gave me the same error 255. Shouldn’t the ota have been deleted when I wiped?

Post Nexus 5 - signal is empty triangle, never came back

The Imei Doesn't match the box. When I was taking a second look at the antenna cable - I found something! I think someone repaired it in the past, and probably did a crappy job. On the main board, just northwest of the antenna cable, you can see some traces leading to another component. And...

Post Nexus 5 - signal is empty triangle, never came back

My imei is displaying fine. I checked it online and the swappa ESN check reports it is clean. I also tried opening the back and disconnecting / reconnecting the antenna wire. Still nothing. Anything else to try?

Thread Nexus 5 - signal is empty triangle, never came back

Hi guys, Would love some advice. I bought my brother a nexus 5 and he used it for a few weeks. Then one day the signal just shows empty triangle. Won't connect to cell network at all. I tried flashing it to upgrade to newer rom, and even tried downgrade to different stock Roms from Google...

Thread [Q] 4.4.4 Carrier locked VZW, unlock bootloader?

I've been reading threads and found a bunch of unlock bootloader/root threads. It seems that people could unlock bootloaders, but then lost the ability with new OTA updates. I'm not entirely sure if that's the current latest info. If I have a carrier locked (VZW) moto X, on 4.4.4 - is there...

Post [ROM] [NIGHTLY] [KitKat] [4.4] CyanogenMod 11.0 nightlies

I'm running the 4/4 xbmc android nightly. It works great, but there is no audio passthrough. Can't pass dts to my receiver. I tried "xbmc for ouya" but it FC'd every time I tried to launch.

Post [ROM] [NIGHTLY] [KitKat] [4.4] CyanogenMod 11.0 nightlies

I got everything working. thanks for the advice and tips in the thread everyone. I ordered a small keyboard/trackpad sized remote that should arrive this weekend and make life even simpler. Is anyone having success with XBMC audio passthrough on this rom and ouya? I'm trying to pass DTS to...

Post [ROM] [NIGHTLY] [KitKat] [4.4] CyanogenMod 11.0 nightlies

That's exactly what I'm looking for, but my sig is out of date. I'm kind of living in two ecosystems - I use an iphone/ipad now, but the ouya is android obviously. I'll investigate if there is a cross platform option similar to droidmote. Seems like a long shot though :/
