Did you both flash the kernel first and then proceeded to flash the ROM? Also did you choose in the installer to keep the current kernel you already flashed? Lastly, are you flashing the correct kernel for your phones Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk

When you installed this ROM, did you first install the kernel followed by the ROM. Also makesure you choose keep kernel do not change option, from the install menu. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk

Yes flash kernel first and then the ROM. I personally use the phantom kernel. And that link is under the OP post on the first page, called phantom thread. But I encourage you to read the install instructions posted as well. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk

When you are done wiping the data from your phone. Are you installing the kernel first, and then installing the ROM afterwards? If you are not do so,and when you get to the part of the installer that ask for the kernel. Choose the first one which should be you have your own. Something to that...
