totally bummed. my Mate 10 Pro screen just went crazy. It now has a bright green line all across the very bottom of the screen. And the whole screen now has a faint "screen door" effect going on. just enough to be irritating. I doubt I can live with it, but I loved this phone.

it just says "Your system is up to date"

i bought a used phone on ebay. It says its on build BLA-L29 8.0.0.137(C605) with July 2018 security update. It says its up to date when I try to update it.

so just got around to trying the hotspot and it doesn't work. it connects but says no internet. anyone else having this problem?

does seem to be a proximity sensor problem on this phone. i see the option to calibrate it, but not turn it on or off. calibration fails every time edit: proximity sensor seems to be working now. calibration said it failed but after reboot, it does seem to be working correctly.
