Try using OK Google to do a web search first and then as soon as it's done doing your search ask it to open an app. That works for me.

I got my second phone and at first I thought I was ok with it but after looking at it some more now I'm not sure. It looks like it's pinkish in the center and green or blue on the bottom. The tint at the bottom is especially noticeable if the phone is tilted at all. Should I RMA this phone also...

No idea why your scores are so low. I just ran Antutu again after a fresh boot up and got 60,601. The Room temperature was around 75 degrees Fahrenheit and the phone had been off for a long time. This is with a decent amount of apps installed too.
