I don't think this is possible because of the restrictions of the platform, e.g. the app cannot send text messages on its own, user always has to hit send.

If you mean the category texts, there are several apps in marketplace, which can make custom tiles for you. Or you can add a desired text to some random contact's picture and pin it to your homescreen. I used a app called groupy.
