Just got my HD+ yesterday, upgraded to v2.1, went to B&N and bought the B&N auto setup, tried a Sprint 12v/110v adapter and it charged from 89% to 95 in 15 min, at idle though. If using the HD+ don't know if it would supply enough power. Jim

I finally surrendered with the CM7 on SD, a few bothersome bugs; I went with the rooted Ver 1.2.0 which gives me the advantages of stock and lots of enhancements, and the battery lasts longer too. jim

Just returned from B&N Store, showed them my destroyed cable (Dropped NC) and they replaced it on the spot. They said they had not seen a broken one, but no problem; bought mine 03/02/2011,one of the Ebay deals. Jim

If you boot one of the android versions from a SD you don't lose any of the features because there is no change to your NC. Jim

Seemed to work well, takes some fiddling to get the display you want, the Home button on button savior gets you to the android display, the N button to Nook stuff. Once I installed an explorer app, I sideload gobs of free apps easily. Jim

Rooted Nook Touch, now what? I think I rooted my NT, at least I followed directions. Now what, it looks just like it did before rooting. I have Win Vista PC; how do I get ADB and how to connect with the Nook, or do I have to? No new screens or menus on the Nook T. Jim

The Nook app in CM7 can change orientation for reading, but has other shortcommings, most menu items don't work. Jim

It seems Sky Map locates itself by WiFi if on, but off it gets lost with no GPS. Rooted NC gets SkyMap, and you can bring up Soft Keys which will give you a menu to set your location, Long. and Lat. JJim

I had to restore to 1.1.0 after autonooter 3.0 by erase and dereg., then 8 starts; 1.2.0 then installed fine. Jim
