meh, I've downloaded everything, but goo is giving page error for the latest TWRP. 2.6 is giving me errors when I try to flash and I'm never going back to RomMgr. I can wait a couple weeks for the official GPE Rom.

Reading and reading.....this seems to be an issue across all carriers. I'm surprised more people aren't complaining here. Between this and HTC financial problems this may be a huge deal breaker.

I'm getting terrible in call mic issues....pretty much everyone says they can't hear me. Also, Ive been running this for about a week and today YouTube and CNN won't play in landscape anymore. They worked just fine after the initial flash.

I've been reading other threads from other phones that say to turn off noise cancellation in call....I don't know if that's an option here. I hope it's not a hardware issue.

As far as the unlock its in general settings. Some people suggested using TricksterMod, but I didn't find it very helpful. I'm thinking of flashing the original Kernel again to get S-Off and that annoying TAMPER off the screen.

After you flash a kernal always remember to wipe after so android can reload. Then reboot takes a bit longer....I always get up from the desk since I'm so impatient.
