Bump on that. I'm having the same issue, unlocked sim (i've tested various carriers without problems) even I have an unlocking code from original carrier, but still "bootloader unlock allowed: No". such a shame having and sim-unlocked phone but still cant unlock its bootloader.

just got some serious problem, the phone didnt allowed any incoming call, "com.android.phone" crashes on every call loosing the call. Had to wipe everything and got working again. heres the catlog: http://pastebin.com/055svAeP
