Thanks for the responses! I was pretty much committed but this sweetens it a little bit.

Can it be used at all outside? Reviews have pointed out it suffers in the sunlight but I was wondering if it would still be usable in the shade. Thanks!

Well I didn't make it up. So you think Asus didn't have control over the information at their display?

First post and I can't post the link but netbooknews.com has a hands on vid with the 300 at MWC and gets a shot of the specs list if you look at the vid at 0:32 he zooms in on the specs sheet. You can see that it says GPS is supported. I'm sure it's the same for the 700 as well.
