Correction to ffmpeg links in first post. First off, thanks for the download. The link to the 64 bit version is incorrect in the first post, but correct in the quoted post above ("ffmpeg-latest-win32-static.7z " should be "ffmpeg-latest-win64-static.7z"). Thought you'd want to know ;)

I just (as in this morning) had the same problem. Try turning the phone off, and removing the SD card. Then reboot the phone. In my case, this allowed the phone to finish booting. I still do not know why it worked, but it did. Hope this helps.

For the HTC Diamond 2, most of the directories are currently empty. There are new Standard and Reference ROMs, and Titanium ROMs from March 16th. The Energy, Sencity, Touch of Glass, GTX, and Anastasia ROMS still need to be uploaded. I'm sure they will be up there soon.

Sorry to hear that You could try the Else Theme. I have not tried it personally, but it definitely looks interesting and thumb friendly. The theme is based off of Throttle Launcher. So, be sure to look into that as well. I don't think the theme has done anything special to the keyboard...
