I saw the cable from the logic to the antenna card was a bit crushed, I straightened up a bit and plucked the phone again, since I did I noticed that I have more signal than before...

i have the same problem on ICS,JB, all ROMs, i think this is poor-signal problems. Everytime i have low signal (<gsm).

same thing happened to me, full wipe / re-flash rom and problem solved in my case.
