Being a frequent buyer from Aliexpress, I can tell you it is indeed trustworthy, the only downside is the shipping delivery time, that can take at least one month to deliver you product. If for some reason your product isn't delivered or you want to return it, you can do it without a hassle.

I am using this Bootstack: ZTE_A2017GV1.3.0B04_BootStack_by_raystef66.zip However if you are using A2017U you need to additionally patch the Modem: A2017U-O-B20-MODEM.zip I believe the one that raystef66 is using is the universal one: A2017x_LineageOS15.1_UniversalBootstack_v2_by_DrakenFX.zip...

Sure, here are the steps that I followed: Initially my phone had the stock MIUI ROM v11.0.8.0.QEJMIXM with unlocked bootloader. 1. Downloaded official TWRP img from twrp.me: (twrp-3.3.0-0-beryllium.img) 2. Downloaded latest PE+ build from pixelexperience.org...

Hi everyone, Just to let you know that after following the clean flash instructions, I encounter an error after the first boot. I was unable to continue the setup process, I was stuck on the language selection. I was getting the Android setup keeps stopping popup error. I was able to fix it by...

US996 as it uses the same modem firmware as the H910.

You shouldn't have any problem, however I can't confirm it since I no longer own the phone. Maybe someone else in the thread can confirm it.

By any chance is your phone carrier locked? I remember having a similar problem, had to return back to previous ROM, unlock the phone and flash it again. The US996 variant comes carrier unlocked out of the box, while H910 is locked by default.

If I was you, I would do a Full EDL Firmware restore, seems that your phone is getting very unstable.

Maybe because I was coming from Nougat and by then cts/Safetynet didn't pass. I'll try doing a full restore then I report back the results.

Haven't tried yet, but my best guess is to do a FULL EDL FIRMWARE RESTORE from djkuz to get a proper Oreo Factory Reset, then follow the instructions from raystef66 to apply this ROM. I think this is the same reason I can't get SafetyNet / Cts passed

Don't worry, I got the same problem last week and I was able to resolve it without doing a clean flash. Just follow this instructions: 1. Using EDL Tool, flash TWRP 3.2.1-7 for Android 6.x/7x (for some reason this TWRP version boots fine) 2. Boot in Recovery (TWRP) and flash B01 Beta...

I followed the instructions from raystef66 including wiping data/system/cache/dalvik, however I was coming from a A2017U B35 Nougat My best guess is that the BootStack provided doesn't update all the partitions for Oreo. I am thinking in doing a FULL A2017U B20 EDL Firmware restore then...
