I was able to do it. I was asked abut 3 times if I wanted a new number or transfer a line from another service. It was always a really small option but it was at the top of the input information pages.

I got the $100 dollar discount, but that discount didn't make it free. It brought the price down from $199.99 to $99.99. I think $200 is the intended retail price, but a $100 promotion bring the price down to $100. It might be free for others, but thats the way it worked with my company discount.
