Are you cutting and pasting the commands from the original post? I use a Mac and in Terminal you have to add "adb shell" before pasting each command. "adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.samsung.android.app.camera.sticker.facearavatar.preload"

Have you been doing a clean wipe? Try flashing just the ROM with no kernel or even GApps. See if at least the ROM boots up on its own like that.

Eh those instructions have been giving me a headache all day. It won't let me move the LS file over using ES File Manager. Won't even let me delete the init.d folder content either. For moving the LS file over it says I can't edit a read-only file or something.

Alright, just checking. I know the unofficial CM 13 thread says that some issues may be fixed by updating to NJ2. I think I'll just do the update anyway because I've had similar issues twice in the past and the update fixed them.

Do the latest nightly builds require NJ2? I can't seem to get LTE on my ND8 radio and I know similar symptoms presented themselves when I was on MD4 and trying to use CM 11 or 12. It fluctuates between 1X and 3G and I just came back from a TW ROM where I had LTE, 3G, or no signal, but never 1X.
