In humberos OneDrive there are two files, one is the .zip file the other is the MD5 checksum.
Google for MD5 to learn how to check if the file isnt corrupt.
Updated today, everything is working fine for me.
Ps: I lost root acess, but flashing SuperSu again fixed that.

Watch out for the new KitKat firmware, it comes bundled with a new bootloader that have knox, if you upgrade your bootloader you cannot ever revert back to JB, for what ever reason you might want.

It seens that some times the problem is with odin it self. Try to flash a stock firmware several times without closing odin, see if that helps.
And try diferent versions of odin, i think there's a new version 3.09??
