I fixed mine by complete wipe, then install the official Samsung 5.0 Lollipop, then re-install the rom... I tried lots of other things I seen posted but this was the only thing that worked for me. (My model is SM-N900w8). My WiFi seems to not want to work... anyone know of a fix? ----...

Because knox has been tripped to 0x1, that phone can never updated via ota or the samsung app. You must now download a updated stock rom, or some other fancy rom. Untill someone can fix knox back to 0x0... This is the only way to upgrade.

When the Note 4 can be rooted without a pain.. I will upgrade... until then I will be playing around with my Note 3 and Note 1.

I can confirm MHL works perfectly fine on SGP312 (wi-fi only) on Android v 4.4.2 stock, and even with Phab7 it wont change to tablet mode for reasons mentioned above. Cant make it show something thats not there. And a word of advise to people that see those cheap SS MHL adapters on e-bay...
