Never mind, after 30 mins or so, the phone suddenly rebooted to system after plugged in. Weird, but things seem to be back to normal.

I don't see either option in my TA-1050. It wasn't there in Oreo, it isn't there in Pie. Can it depend on carrier or the SIM card(s) inserted?
