Just did mine. Phoenix is running great. I totally agree that the directions are a bit hazy. But they are complete. Just use twrp for everything. And Odin the pb1. But like I said. Just follow the direction. It's all there.

Need some clarification befor I jump. I'm currently on g900vvru2BPB1 rooted. If I read clearly, I must upgrade to PD1. Link says twrp the SS MM update. Reboot to SS and flash PD1 firmware. Question is... 1. Is twrp and SS the same? Currently booting from my LP twrp app, I'm taken to a recovery...

Sorry so long to get back here... So after i flash fired the lollipop/rebooted/ FF the flashable zip / rebooted / finally got the lolipop safe strap / installed recovery / rebooted / still no recover option at splash / got stuck in a stock recovery loop for some reason / updated with boc3 zip...

Followed your instructions to the T. State says installed but I can't get to the customs recovery. The stock recovery boots on request. But I'm not getting the recovery select at the splash. Thanks by the way! For your work and the help!! Your pretty boss! Lol

There lies the problem! I'm on your MOAR ROM. I installed busy box. Then installed SS. Clicked the install recovery. Every prompt says everything installed. Everything looks great. But niether rebooting recovery or trying to manually gets me into recovery. And after reboot. Safestrap disappears...
