hangouts issue another issue. whenever im using mobile data (3g or 2g) I can't receive hangouts messages(chat). I can only receive them when I open the hangouts app.

perhaps. based on the updater-script, the tweaks are just added to the init.d folder and inside the build.prop. if the touch screen issue bothers you too much, then its better to return to stock at this time. once you decided to flash v7 again, try to disable all tweaks and observe for a day...
