Post How to root note 3 with 4.4.2

I've been gone for a bit due to illness and such, but was able to get my N990A rooted with Towelroot. I haven't been able to successfully find an explanation concerning a process for installing a custom recovery and ROM yet, though. I seen to search all through the forums here, but there are so...

    Post Kingo Root

Alright, so I've gone through about all 58 pages of this thread and there is so much info, most of it about a year old. I'm more confused than I was before. I have an N900A with the NC2 baseband. I know that it can be rooted now. Still not with Kingo. Which app is the one that is actually...

Is this legit? Is this a legit guide to rooting the N900A on 4.4.2 using geohot's method? http://galaxynote3root.com/galaxy-note-3-root/how-to-root-galaxy-note-3/

    Post rooting N900A

I have used the search feature, but most of everything is outdated as far as this stuff goes. I wanted to see if anything new had cropped up.

Post [Q] SImply want root in ATT Note 3

I have been reading them. The only issue I have found is conflicting information. I had to do research to find out the difference between MJ5 and NC2. I had no idea there were difference basebands for the same phone on the same carrier.

Sorry, I'm a nooblet. I guess we just have to wait. I can always use turn off the apps that it allows and use Nova launcher to hide the rest.

Post How to root note 3 with 4.4.2

I have the Note 3 N900A on NC2 and 4.4.2. Is there any way to downgrade to 4.3 again and root it using Klingo? Or, is there a stock ATT 4.3 ROM that can be flashed using Odin?

Thread [Q] SImply want root in ATT Note 3

I'm really new to all of this. But, from all of the info I have been able to find here, it doesn't appear that I can currently root the ATT Note 3 N900A on 4.4.2 running baseband NC2. Am I wrong, or am I just lost in the mountains of threads found on this forum?

    Post Kingo: Root FAILED

My option to uncheck Verify apps via debugger is greyed out an won't let me don anything with it. It does show up as uncheck, also the same in security. What should I try next?

    Post Kingo Root

I was able to use Kilngo to root my Note 3 with the ROM that came on it, but since the 4.4.2 it says it is not supported. So what the poster above is saying seems to be true. Has anyone else seen anything different? Let me add to this post. I am running the N900a on 4.4.2 with baseband NC2...

For some reason I cannot get this to work for me. It just says that it failed every time. I tried it with 1.8 and it worked, so I decided to see if unroot worked. It did. Then I installed 1.2 and no I get the error. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with it now.
